black, white, & tie dye

This shirt has probably been worn the most out of all the shirts in my closet, but I think this is the first time it's been shown on the blog, weird eh? I had a pretty eventful Saturday... took my dog to the vet, got about 120 small pricks/shots in my arms to test for allergies, and went to a nice lunch with some friends and my BF. I probably don't need to say it, but the allergy shots were the worst. I mentioned a few weeks ago that I broke out in hives, presumably from eating shellfish, but the test today confirmed that I am NOT allergic to any foods (or at least the 60 major foods they tested me for). I'm happy I'm not allergic to anything crazy, but I still wonder what caused me to break out in hives a few weeks ago. I may never know... Do you have any allergies? I'm always curious about this type of stuff!

I had the same thing happen to me - broke out into horrible hives for a week and I was sure it was a crab cake, but when they tested me, nada for all shellfish. Haven't had a bad reaction like that since, so very odd. I'm with you on the allergy testing, those needles into the back really hurt!

  2. It's so weird how that can happen. It's been a week since the test and I still have small bumps from the needles/allergens - so gross!
