Wore this to work on a recent Friday. On a completely different note, I had the pleasure of being recognized at a bar last night by a reader and fellow lawyer- HEY Julia if you're reading! Great meeting you. I've got a busy few weeks coming up.. I am going home for Easter next weekend and the following weekend I have a black tie lawyerly event to go to. I rented a Moschino Cheap & Chic dress from Rent the Runway so I'm excited to see how that turns out. But because I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket I also bought a dress from ASOS as a backup in case the RTR dress doesn't fit. I'll return the ASOS dress if the RTR dress works out (although I am pretty obsessed with the dress.. I'll post pics and a review soon). Has anyone ever used Rent the Runway before? Tell me about your experiences!

Just found your blog...gotta say, I absolutely LOVE it! I really love your style, I'm so terrible at putting outfits together. You've provided a ton of inspiration. Thank you!! Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much :)
ReplyDeleteHey there! I love the entire outfit. How do you keep your hair looking good when it's long? Mine is so flat I'm itching to cut it.

Hi Elissa - thanks for the shout out! Still reading, still loving.

ReplyDeleteThank you for the compliment! I don't have any great advice...the one thing I've changed about my hair routine is only conditioning the ends. That might help to not weigh down the top
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reply! I know you did a post before about using a curling or blow drying type iron (sorry I forgot the gadget name). :) I also condition my ends too, but perhaps you have thicker hair than me? :)
