Forest green & floral

I wore this outfit a while ago (going on 2 months) and found this picture in my archives section. It was one of the last outfits I wore to court before switching jobs. I've found my green pants to be kind of difficult to pair, not so much with blazers (because brown and tan would go equally as well as black, maybe better) but because blouses pretty much have to be white or cream to match. I ended up choosing this blouse because of the small hint of green in the flowers. Any suggestions for other colors to go with the forrest green in terms of blouses?

  1. My last office had forest green carpet. Here is what I found worked: yellow, taupe, mushroom, burgundy, and some pinks.

  2. I saw a girl with light blue denim color on top and brown boots with forest green pants. I thought it looked great, but maybe to casual for work if actual light blue denim is used.

  3. I agree with Elaine. Burgundy and yellow (more a mustard yellow) would work with the forest green. I think those pants paired with those colors though would be too casual to wear to work, must less court. Probably better to save those pants for weekends.
